We want you to feel good about your purchase. Caregiver's Compass offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan and printable.

How it works

If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
This applies to monthly and yearly subscriptions and to one-time printable purchases.
All subscriptions also include a 30-day free trial before any charge — you can cancel during the trial without paying anything.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for our orders. You can:

Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email used at checkout, or
Email us at [CONTACT EMAIL] and we'll initiate the refund on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After the 30-day window

Outside the 30-day window we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Manage Subscription link on the pricing page; you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
